The new Dometic Care Program takes the worry out of finding service providers and offers Extended Warranty on selected RV products to give customers peace of mind when on the road.
Launched early 2016, the new Dometic Care Program helps owners with Dometic products on board their registered recreational vehicle (RV), find service anywhere in Australia, faster and easier than ever before.
“Our brand new initiative (Dometic Care) has been developed to give our customers a premium level of service because they deserve it,” said Justine Schuller, Dometic Marketing Manager – RV Group.
“We conducted extensive market research and are offering an Australian first for the RV industry with a seamless and effective way to find service for Dometic products anywhere in Australia.”
Upon registering Dometic RV products and appliances with the Dometic Care Program, customers receive a unique Dometic Care Number that gives instant access to service and repairs through the Dometic Care website or by calling the Dometic Care team.
“Our Dometic Care service is so easy - it’s one click or one call away!” said Ms Schuller.
“We will provide you with details of the closest Authorised Dometic Service Agent and the fastest way to get there. Simply quote your Dometic Care Number when you arrive and your appliance will be fixed as quickly as possible.”
Customers are invited to sign up to the Dometic Care Program for free so that they can spend more time enjoying their travels and less time worrying about finding service for appliances, especially when in remote locations where it can be a tedious process.
In addition to offering faster service for Dometic products, the program also offers an Extended Warranty on selected Dometic RV products.
Helping to provide peace of mind to customers, the Dometic Care Extended Warranty can be purchased through the website or through participating RV Dealers.

Claims can be submitted directly to the Dometic Service Department via the website, which will make the process more efficient and provide a digital record of service complete on Dometic RV products.
Products that can be registered in the Dometic Care Program include selected Dometic, Aircommand, Atwood, Eberspacher, Truma, Milenco and WAECO RV products.
